Ted Bodnar
Ted joined Wells Fargo in 1987 and spent the majority of his 32 years at the bank in the Commercial Real Estate Group. His roles and responsibilities included leadership, relationship management, credit underwriting and sales. The primary focus of the Commercial Real Estate Group was to manage a portfolio of middle market to corporate real estate developers and investors. Projects underwritten included multi-family, industrial, office, hospitality and large mixed-use developments across all major geographic markets in the United States. Ted spent the last eleven years of his career at Wells Fargo as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager covering offices in Northern California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Ted retired from Wells Fargo in 2019.

Gary Orr
Gary was a commercial banker for 38 years with responsibilities including leadership, credit underwriting, relationship management, and sales. During the six years leading up to his retirement from Wells Fargo in 2019, he served as Executive Vice President and National Practice Leader for Investor and Owner-Occupied real estate activities within Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Banking Group. In this role he was responsible for all growth, underwriting, risk management and monitoring activities across 135 geographic markets located in the US.
In addition to his extensive commercial real estate experience, Gary has provided advise and financing to companies in many business sectors including agriculture, distribution, manufacturing, retailing, transportation, ski resort areas and wholesaling. He currently serves as a director of Easter Seals Superior California, The Capital Region Family Business Center, and several family businesses. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Mountain Valley Chapter of American Leadership Forum.
